Meet the Doctors

Kristen Ball D.C. FIAMA

Kris.jpg Dr. Kristen Ball is the daughter of Judy and the late Ron Ball; she is returning to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She graduated from St. Norbert College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology.  She was a founding member of the pre-medical club, a certified tutor, a biology teaching assistant and worked in the student health center while attending St. Norbert.  Dr. Ball then enrolled at National University of Health Sciences, in Lombard, Illinois and completed a five-year academic program for her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in three and one third years.  While enrolled in Chiropractic College, Dr. Ball received a second Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from National and became certified as a Clinical Technician in acupuncture from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture.  Upon graduation in December of 2003, she was awarded her fellowship status in acupuncture from IAMA.  Dr. Ball holds two state chiropractic licenses and is able to practice in Michigan and Illinois.  Dr. Ball is currently working toward her Masters degree in Acupuncture at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Racine, Wisconsin.  She will have completed her Masters Degree in March of 2009.  She has successfully treated cases of low back pain, headaches, fatigue, female infertility, attention deficit disorder, arthritis and a variety of other conditions using acupuncture, nutrition and chiropractic medicine.


Michael dela Cruz D.C. CGFI

Mike.jpg Dr. dela Cruz is originally from St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. He graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario with a Bachelor of Science degree. During his undergraduate studies Dr. dela Cruz participated in many extra-curricular activities. Dr. dela Cruz then enrolled at National College of Chiropractic, in Lombard, Illinois and completed a five-year academic program for a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in three and one third years. Before completing his doctorate degree, Dr. dela Cruz was on the Dean’s list, and also had earned a second Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. During this time, Dr. dela Cruz was a head anatomy teaching assistant for National’s anatomy program and he was a member of the delta delta pi professional fraternity.  Dr. dela Cruz also has completed his physiotherapy and acupuncture requirements as part of his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Currently, Dr. dela Cruz is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and holds three state chiropractic licenses and is able to practice in the states of Wisconsin, Michigan and Illinois. Dr. dela Cruz has successfully treated cases of low back pain, headaches, fatigue, neck pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Dr. dela Cruz is also a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, he will evaluate the Physical Performance Factors in your golf swing which will help improve your golf game. Dr. dela Cruz is working hard to provide healthcare awareness in Norway and surrounding areas.
